FULFILLMENT MANAGER DESCRIPTION
  • Proven work experience as a retail sales associate or similar role
  • Basic understanding of Google Suite, Slack, Asana and Shopify Systems
  • Hands-on experience with POS transactions
  • Proficient writing skills and email etiquette.
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • An organized, focused and attentive personality
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address customer correspondence in a timely manner
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
                             
 SALES ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases
  • Can execute excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Are willing to “go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Experience in retail industry
  • Availability to travel for external events
  • Have a friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
