Orders require 3 - 5 days processing time. This DOES NOT included general shipping times from your postal carrier of choice (made at checkout). 

If your item has not arrived within those promised times, please check to confirm that your items was not made to order. Made to order items require longer shipping times. 

If you were notified that your order was delivered and it was not, please allow 3 days before contacting. Generally the postal service prematurely marks items as delivered and delivers hours and sometimes days after.
